Missouri Berries

New to the scene for 2022 is Missouri Berries!
After years of learning the ropes, the Rogers family of four are ready to open their welcoming farm to the community. And this year they have 50,000 strawberry plants ready for you! Stop buy to pick some perfectly ripened strawberries, stay for the fresh fruit donuts, slushies, and plenty of outdoor fun on their 40 acre farm.

Peace Lane Berry Farm
9262 E Peace Ln, Strafford, MO 65757
This farm throws all of their talents into growing delicious blueberries. They’re usually ready for you mid June and go until July. The farm makes sure to use organic fertilizers and produce large sweet blueberries ready for eating or throwing in your favorite cobbler.

Horton’s Berry Farm
2385 HWY DD, Marshfield, MO 65706
Horton’s is family owned and operated. They bring you the trifecta of berries for picking: strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. I can already picture pilling all three freshly picked berries right on top of a scoop of Andy’s custard. They’ve been hard at work getting ready for the berry picking season by planting over 15,000 plants- and that’s just the strawberries!

Brown’s Berry Farm
5935 State Hwy M, Miller, MO 65707
Strawberries are their primary crop, although they’ve been known to dabble in blackberries from time to time. Brown’s Berry Farm works to support its community and offers a great farm experience for all ages. You’ll usually be invited to start picking strawberries sometime between May and early June. The farm also throws in fun surprises throughout the picking season like inviting the local Mennonites to sell you delicious baked goods. IronGate Berry Farm
16225 Johnson Rd, Eldridge, MO 65463
Four, that’s right, FOUR different berries will be available for you to treat yourself with at this farm! IronGate Berry Farm is growing strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries. They’ll open up their farm to you for picking in mid May and will continue to invite you over until all the picking is done (usually July). You’ll also be able to grab some local honey and fresh seasonal produce when you visit their farm. Get all the info here.
Black and Blue Berry Farm
5313 S Farm Rd 241, Rogersville, MO 65742
This urban farm uses only natural fertilizers to produce the blueberries. I know it’s outside of the berry realm, but I also wanted to mention they offer lavender for you to pick! How fun is that! Be sure to make a day out of this farm visit because they also have tea to sip, cinnamon rolls to taste, ice cream to enjoy, and acres of property to explore. Persimmon Hill Farm
367 Persimmon Hill Ln, Lampe, MO 65681
Persimmon Hill Farm is open year round and invites you to pick from June to August. They offer blueberries, blackberries, and gooseberries. Their farm also offers a plethora of berry filled baked goods, jams, and syrups. Once you’ve burned all those calories picking the berries, replenish your energy by stopping by their farm-to-table restaurant situated right next to the blueberry fields. Hummingbird Berry Farm
5581 S 140th Rd, Brighton, MO 65617
Blackberries are this farm’s specialty and they know how to do it right. Hummingbird Berry Farm has 3 different varieties of blackberries that are grown thornless and on trellises for easy picking. As their name implies, Hummingbird Berry Farm also provides plenty of homemade nectar in feeders placed throughout the farm to attract hummingbirds. High’s Berry Farm

Just south of Ozark, High’s Berry Farm is known for its great hospitality and delicious strawberries. They get the whole family involved in growing acres of strawberries for you to enjoy. Get ready to go out and meet them in May for the beginning of their picking season. The farm will continue to offer up U-Pick strawberries until mid June. Get ready to go by visiting their page here.
Boz’s Berry Farm

Boz’s Berry Farm is a family farm that offers U-Pick strawberries. They grow their fruit with care using the organic humus technique. When you stop by to pick some of their beautiful berries, you also might be lucky enough to go on a day when they are also offering slushies, jam, or honey. Gardener’s Orchard and Bakery

Back for their second year of strawberry u-pick is the fantastic Gardener’s Orchard!!
The Gradinariu family that runs the farm focuses their priorities on supporting the local community and educating locals on where their food comes from and how it’s made. Make sure when you stop by to pick some of their delicious strawberries that you leave extra time to get to know the friendly Gradinariu family who will undoubtedly be ready to welcome you with open hearts and plenty of conversation.
